Soak Up Some Sun
We hear about too much sun and the damage it can do to our body, but small amounts of sun, especially in the early morning, is actually really important for our health.
Sun on our skin assists the body to make vitamin D, which is a super-charger for our immune system, and is really important for bone health as well as for our blood cells… and also helps with the absorption of some of the minerals from our food. So through the winter months, make sure to get enough sun on your skin- at the safe times of the day.
